Once the budget is established, we will take over project management for the custom build to ensure standard quality and timeliness. Standard Operating Procedures

VSI will provide technical and general standard operating procedures covering preanalytical, analytical, and post analytical processes as well as a Quality Assurance Program for compliance purposes. (digital copy provided).

VSI will provide Validation plan (to be approved and signed off by the client's LD), to cover clinical and/or analytical validation for each test. VSI, alongside the client's team, will carry out the validation plan according to the established timeline. Our process also includes weekly calls/meetings with the client during the length of the validation. At the completion the client will receive a full validation report for each method developed along with data review.
